At Teligence International we believe strongly in what is called The Four Touch Rule. I do not know who originally coined the phrase, but it makes a lot of sense and we use it to your advantage:

Touch #1:

Teligence International contacts a qualified prospect on your behalf. We then
inform and promote your business. Through conversation we then glean valuable project information along with as much information about the project as possible,
such as what the product line is, what quantity is etc.

Touch #2:

After speaking with potential prospects, Teligence International will then email your web link or PDF to the prospect for you.

Touch #3:

Teligence International can then send your brochures, business cards, and introduction letters same-day. This really helps in speeding up the sales cycle.

Touch #4:

This is where you come in. After we've given you the information you need to stay
a step ahead, you can now follow up on the qualified lead and introduce yourself, and the prospect will be expecting your call, because they have received your web link via email. They have received your mailings, and you know what their project is all about, so you can get straight into the conversation.

Throughout the campaign we will send you updated and qualified information on an excel spread sheet,
so you can follow up on our progress, and get a sense of what’s going on out there.
